A couple of my boys and i went out to deals gap for the week and I totally screwed something up on my bike.. We rode hard on the gap all day and decided to hit the badass sweepers near by and I was down hard in a gear when I heard this horrible knocking over my exhaust. No matter when gear, if I rolled on the throttle it made this loud tick or knocking noise and I had a horse power lose. With the bike in neutral but crunk it doesn't to it but if you try and ride it it does. what the hell did i tear up to make such a noise.

You may have broken the clutch basket.

I hate to say it but it sounds like you spun a rod bearing. I've had it happen twice to me. The symptoms you describe are identical to what I experienced. Hopefully it's not that.

Easy way to find out?
I assume your crank is damaged. Send it out, get it fixed/polished. Falicon / APE would be good. While its there just ask them! The cranks are marked for the rod bearing size, but.... that was BEFORE the damage
If you get another stock crank in good/usable condition (which is what I'd do, a lot cheaper/easier, unless you want to have your crank lightened/balanced...), then it will be marked as well.
