i ride a 04 gsxr 600 ive got a full arata exhaust and bmc race filter and down a tooth in the front what else can i do to get more power out of it

get some lighter wheels like BST carbon fibre, or magnesiums. You'll accelerate better, handle better with less rotational mass.

Or, do some track days and learn how to get the most out of what is a fast bike.
