We're meeting this Sunday at 10:00 am at Golds Gym at the intersection of 29 and Indian Trail. We'll take off from there and probably head up through Gainsville / Cleveland / etc. on 60. If you've got two wheels - you're welcome to join in. See you there...

i live in lawrenceville on SR20 between 316 and I-85... i don't really want to back track, so maybe you guys can meet me as you are heading north (somewhere around the Mall of GA?). i'll try to gather some more riders.... post up if you want to meet.

I'm not sure how many we'll have coming, but yeah - that's on the way, so we could stop if theres a few of you. Let me know where you'll be - what exit, gas station, etc. - and we'll stop and get ya. I think exit 4 off 985 would be the best place going up that way - just post it and we'll go from there.

Is 29 L'Ville Highway? Where is Indian Trail? What's the best way to get there from ITP? I live near the I-85 & Shallowford exit. Is Indian Trail accessible from 85?

Torque - you live by the movie theater. Yeah, you're not far at all. Go north on 85 till you get to the Indian Trail exit (101). Turn right and go down a couple miles max, till it intersects with US 29 (yeah, this is Lawrenceville highway). If you get to the intersection, you've gone to far because Golds is off to the right before you get to the intersection. There's a side entrance before the intersection, about 150 yards before. Look for the Ripe Tomatoe Cafe or Tomatoe Vine cafe - some cafe with tomatoe in it, turn right just after this. You'll see Golds right in front of you. See you on Sunday!

And yeah - that address looks correct. It's the only Golds in Lilburn I know of.

I saw that too - but it's only scattered showers. We'll still aim for Sunday morning and see what happens. I'll post up early on Sunday morning or Saturday nite if things change. I can't ride till late afternoon on Saturday - but willing to do that too if some of you want to meet up... maybe have a Hooterific evening?

Hey Sarah, Schzam, World 101 and whoever else was on the ride today. I am new to the board and just wanted to say that I enjoyed the ride as was certainly an adventure. I hope that everyone made it back home safely and did not get caught in the rain. Glad that no one got hurt or ticketed although we were close on both.

Yeah - I learned alot today. I've been up there a couple times, but It was neat seeing so many different riding styles. I definitely improved a little. Hey - and that was NOT my yellow bike the fuzzwas referring to - my pegs weren't even scraping on THAT corner... Glad Bama is ok. That could've been a 100 foot drop instead of just 8. Glad we all had fun and didn't get too crazy. Oh - and Sarah - I lied - the perfume chick in the Miata did flash me. hey guys, I just wanted to say thanks for a great time. I enjoyed riding with almost everyone in the group. I even had fun after my little mudding adventure. Unfortunately I overshot a corner at cheaha yesterday, got in some gravel and hit a curb. Now the bike is terminal for a while. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/cry.gif

one of you mentioned smelling antifreeze when i pulled up to Ryan's Steakhouse... i thought it was just from my spill when i was flushing the radiator a few days before... however, it turns out that i do have a rad leak... went out yesterday and it got worse (steady drip from the bottom of the radiator)... so i'll have to pick up another one before i ride again...

tom, i hope you get the gixxer back together soon...
