Weathers nice, where is everyone at? I'm new to the area but would like to meet up and ride.

Hey Cityofrain, I was out riding yesterday and it was great. Just a tip, no one really posts in the pacific NW section on gixxer.com, however you can find literally hundreds of people to ride with and tons of group rides over at www.sportbikes.ws (http://www.sportbikes.ws) in the "oregon" forum. My username is the same over there as well. check the local gathering section there, as it gets a little warmer for rides posted. it's a great way to meet some new people to ride with if you're new to the area. also, come out to PIR and do a track day or watch the omrra races startnig at the end of the month, lots of bike friendly peeps out there as well.

i'm telling you guys, sportbikes.ws , there is a local rides section, literally every sunny day there will be a ride posted up with local guys. if you are new to the area you are in for a treat. we have some of the best roads up here.

saturday i did vancouver up 503 to jacks store through amboy and up to the ranger station on the way to windy ridge and back down. some awesome road and it was all clean.

i don;t go on a lot of the bigger group rides anymore because i have a smaller group that tends to ride the same way i do, btu there are all sorts of good rides to get into. also, every saturday night there is a "sweet ride saturday night" event, we usually meet up at EDR (www.edrperformance.com) and go for an awesome ride. tons of bikes, here's some pics from last year...

Im also new to the site, and the northwest just moved up here from florida. Looking at getting a bike in the next month or so. I will join up over on sportbike.ws as well.
