I'm having trouble figuring out what to do next with my front brakes. I've bled both calipers (normal & reverse) and still cannot get rid of the fluttering when I apply the brakes at any speed. Any suggestions?

I'm not very good with brakes but I'd bet warped rotors?

sounds like warped rotors!!!

Its probly warpped rotors, if their just bent, not actually different thickness as it goes around you can pound it pretty straight, I did on my 93 750, got it within like .040", and amazingly it does not surge at all.
