tack day was awesome as always...would've been better if i didn't eat it on the second heat But shit happens. Just cosmetic stuff, need a new winshield and brake lever but luckly not major damage and i was able to still ride the rest of the day and keep Dragon behind me :flipoff Had to throw that in there since i'm sure he'll give me shit on here for wrecking. And today was the first time i was dragging knees in the turns...damn that felt good.

:punk Sweet ass day at the track.I road the best ever.Roach and I got into it and were able to drag a knee for the first time and even manged to lap a couple of guys:biggrin .It sure helps when you have someone there to push you that much more.

Yeah yeah Roach managed to stay out in front:flipoff but his bike treated him like a bull rider a tossed his ass:hammer .All kiding aside thank God he came out ok and was able to race the rest of the day.

Note: To anyone that may have metal frame sliders,GET RID OF THEM.This is the second time I see them just dig in instead of help the bike slide.:cursing

YES AS DRAGON SAID GET RID OF METAL FRAME SLIDERS. they look better this is true, but in case the bike goes down they snap off or even worse bend and can crack the motor mounts they're moutned in too. When mine went down it broke off in one whole piece leaving the bolt lodged in the threads (which is going to be a royal pain in the ass to remove).

on a side note i did get the bike all torn down and am going to buff out the other right side plastic i had from the previous wreck which once i looked at it really isn't bad at all and hopefully by next week it will be back together.

A few things....

1) Roach, glad you are alright.
2) You should have learned your lesson from my experience with metal frame sliders. Pick-up a pair of TSR (team skeen racing) polyurethane sliders on Ebay for $25. Get a folding shift lever on there also for another $25 while your at it. Brake levers are a dime a dozen, ebay again.
3) Glad you guys had a blast, and if Roach was out in front, I am glad I am still the fastest of the group. LOL :flipoff

Soon as I start getting some commission I should be hitting up some trackdays with you guys.

Peace out Yo!

I don't think I have ever seen anyone go down there, I have seen lots of "saves" as peeps exit hard and slip the tire. Glad your alright Roach.

I am sensing a trend here, you almost ran me over too.....that means you are always running second, or as I say, the FIRST LOSER.

i'll post a pic of the busted plastic but i already got the bike all cleaned up so it doesn't look to bad actually. just need to order a new front windshield and i'm getting the old plastic (from the wreck near canyon lake) buffed tomorrow so hopefully it won't look to bad. should have it back together by thurs, minus the windshield and new brake lever.
