1000cc, Forged Aluminum Wheels (PVM), 190/55 tire

I think I should try these new wheels with a 190/50 tire first before jumping to a 190/55 series. I assume if I go with the 190/55 the bike will be very twitchy/erratic...Any opinions from possible experience?

I wouldn't worry about it.
