heehee... well when a guy sees "gixxer girls" he's probably assuming that there will be tons of pics of half-naked chicks posing on bikes. understandably because 99% of the bike sites are like that...

I just thought that I would throw my 2 cents in. Unfortuantely guys can be pretty ignorant, but you have to look at it from our perspective. Can we agree that there is a "seperated world" (a global club so to speak) where all bikers exist? You see any bike riding down the road and you wave, why....because they ride. People who do not ride do not understand this world and how much we enjoy it. Biking is our life - if you ride a bike there is normally not many things above it on the scale of importance. Unfortuantely this world we live in is comprised mainly of the male gender. Therefore finding a female in this world can be quite difficult. I really don't mean to defend the ignorance you see from us......but to be perfectly honest - there is virtually nothing sexier than a girl on a bike.........especially a Supersport........and because of this undeniable fact - you are always going to have guys trying to pick you up......it is pretty much a fact of life you have to accept.

I'd just like to say a big thank you for the entertainment.
As a new member I have been reading a few posts on the site - the womens gloves and who makes them was great and shows how a womens section has validity. But what a lot of fuss over some sad men who can't get dates!

On a serious note, I never want to come across something that is women only or men only. Assuming most of us ride bikes, we will know that a lot of us have tried hard to be treated equally, I know I have. Therefore keeping the GixxerGirls section for women only is a step backwards. Almost all of my friends who ride are blokes. So why would I ever want to exclude them? I would humbly suggest that the moderator/administrator just start deleting all posts by men. That's what is frequently done on the other motorcycle sites for women. Otherwise, the women gradually stop posting and the site languishes, becoming pointless for women to visit.

I really agree with you WERA554. I get on Gixxer to learn things and meet people. My wife rides with me and she can out ride most of the guys I know. But, segradation by sex is stupid. We ride with guys and gals. And she actually gets along with the guys better. There are two girls that sometime show up and damnit!.. its all attitude. You suck cause your a guy... I have more to overcome cause I'm a female sportbiker... Just crap like that. Regardless, i love women riders, i think it's cool that girls get into this as much or more then guys do. it's a sport that should be shared by most everyone, and i'm very happy my girl rides because it makes it easy to go take a ride and not get complained at for loving to do it. I did not come on this site to see half naked girls posing on bikes (i mean its a plus) but i want to be just as much a part of womens section as the rest of site. i love helping out and if there's a question i can answer i will hop right on it.

I just thought that I would throw my 2 cents in. Unfortuantely guys can be pretty ignorant, but you have to look at it from our perspective. Can we agree that there is a "seperated world" (a global club so to speak) where all bikers exist? You see any bike riding down the road and you wave, why....because they ride. People who do not ride do not understand this world and how much we enjoy it. Biking is our life - if you ride a bike there is normally not many things above it on the scale of importance. Unfortuantely this world we live in is comprised mainly of the male gender. Therefore finding a female in this world can be quite difficult. I really don't mean to defend the ignorance you see from us......but to be perfectly honest - there is virtually nothing sexier than a girl on a bike.........especially a Supersport........and because of this undeniable fact - you are always going to have guys trying to pick you up......it is pretty much a fact of life you have to accept.

women aren't allowed to join combat jobs because they can't hang. men can barely hang, and men can deal with going without a shower or supplies for months. women need certain supplies every month that, if they run out, will cause a problem. women smell different, and that attracts when you are trying to be in a low key environment(jungle warfare, snipers, skt, etc.)
