But I am sick of seeing the same 2 threads being recylced when they should have died along time ago...
So I am starting a new one. Just because I can. :cheers

I have something to say now.
I love Christmas.
When Christmas morning comes I am going to be the first person up...
I love opening gifts. I don't really care what is in them. I love ripping into the paper an finding out. Even if it is a little note saying "Hey, I am just a little note" I would dig that.
This is my favorite time of year.
But what I also love about Christmas is watching people when they open gifts and knowing that they got something awesome by the look on their face. That shit is awesome. I love to make people happy and I love to see people smile...
I am sure I will think of more to say later...

+1 This subforum sucks. Most of the BS that goes on in here belongs in other subforums. Then again so does the Xmas post.:lol :offtopic

You know, I couldn't agree more.
It isn't like any girls really use this forum for girl talk or any relevant bike talk.
And the girls that did start a thread about their experiences got bashed by most others on this forum and then were scared away.
At the same time though, I did use this subforum to break the ice. But I am just a post whore. :lol :)

The people on this board are mean. If you say one thing that doesn't fit into their idea of what is right, then that person gets laid into.
I was smart and didn't start with a...I got a bike that was apparently to big for me and I dropped doing wheelies on the freeway while wearing a mini skirt and getting my hair done story...Though that would have been a good read...

I have to agree, generally starting with a "i fscrewed up and......" is a good way to get massive qantities of grief flung your way.

On another forum im on (but barely go to more than every 2nd month) they have a forum that ONLY girls & the girls sub forum admin have write access to, stops all the "hi new rider" threads quickly degenerating into a "OMFGGG!!!!ONE!!!!1111!!! a girl who's HAWT AND rides!!!". Also everyone else has read only access (so that people can't complain that they are scheming behind their backs).

It actually works well there, girls can talk without reprisal about anything girly or bike related *grin*, and if someone DOES have an issue then generally they are dealt with effectively by the admins.

Having said that, the more girls that ride, the better. Means theres a more varied group of people to be "kindred spirits" /fellow riders with.

I agree with Nunya. I took a look at the forum this am because I read everything else. Some of the guys on this site are complete know it alls and full of themselves. Motorcycling is a click. We stick together. I have never met a biker while riding that act the way some of the people on this board do. If I ever met them on the road, I wouldn't ride.

Actually, I don't like my smile to much. I think my smile makes me look goofy.

I agree the more that ride the better. I am not sure why most girls ride cruisers...
But because there aren't that many...I get tons of attention... :lol

do i need to leave you two alone a little while? *grin*

anyhow, for what its worth i find there are too many people that hide behind the relative "anonymity" of the internet and act total wads. you see them in person and they act differently altogether.

I don't see the logic in it, im just the same here as i am in person.
and im sure the "its just the internet" comment has stemmed from so many people acting in that asshat manner that that's the only way to explain it/them.

b.t.w. show us another pic with you smiling please http://www.whileyouwereout.net/diary/icons/grin.gif

I don't like to smile...On camera anyway...
My face gets all funky...Unless it is a genuine smile...
And I just don't get that many candid pictures taken of me.

But if I find a good one, I will be sure to share.

No, he is naturally hairless...like a girl is.

I have always said that if I was half as pretty as my brother Steve, life would be easy...

Too right matey:cheers I'm the same here as i am in person. I ain't trying to be a hero just coz u can't see me. Those people usually fumble in their own fantasy dream. I know I'm a squiddly diddly and I don't care if those wannabe know it alls think I don't know shit. I agree 100%. Like I've said before...........i'm also known as halfawita..........I know fuck all 'bout bikes, but I know one thing.....GSXR - why the fuck would you ride anything else?! I'm here coz it's (surprise, surprise) a forum. And I agree there's a lot of wankers that grill people without warrant:thumbdown .
Having said that, there's a helluva lot more decent people:thumbup.

Look forward to chattin with yas:punk

Okay I need to ust rant a bit here...Friday was our 6th anniversary and I like to extend any celebrations I may have for as many days as I possibly can...So I don't have birthday parties I have birthweek parties, and anniversarry celebrations are usually about 3-5 days.
So my husband and I purchased our motorcycles on the same day back in September.
To date we have been able to ride together 2 times.
I had made arrangements for a friend to come over and watch the kids so we could go out and ride and then catch movie.
Well, I think that the cosmos are working against us again, because it is going to rain.
I HATE WHEN MY PLANS GET MESSED UP...especially if it something I can't control.

Well, that it is, I am bummed. I don't even like going to the movies, but my hubby does, so we will still do that.
