I'm considering getting a 99 TL1000R. It already has yoshi pipes with a power commander. I believe it has a K/N as well. It has a Ohlins rear shock added too. It has 10000 miles on it, and appears flawless with a clean title. $4700.
Do you think that it's a good buy.

Also, with those add ons, how much do you think it will add to the bike. My last bike was a honda CBR900RR. What kinda of comparison is the TLR to that.

I just bought mine 2 weeks ago (03 tlr with 4100 mi) for $4000 Needed a clutch $250, battery $95, and some missing rear dampner bolts $5. Oh its all stock and pretty clean. I dont think you will be dissapointed with the tlr, the big v-twin is very entertaining to ride. I plan on keeping it awhile.

The $4700 is a decent deal with the mods I have a 2000 TLR and I love that damn bike. You won't be dissappointed.
