I have a power commander and a TRE... ended up leaving my battery charger on the bike too long on the wrong setting.. (accident) and fried the ECU.. attained another ECU.. bike wont start.. I sprayed starting fluid into the air intakes.. started.. but only off of ether.. it seems the fuel isn't getting from the tank through the injectors.. i did notice that before this problem the servos on the right side that controls the upper air intake baffle would do a test.. and after it wont do a test when you first turn the key to on.. any help is appreciated.. thanks

How did you diagnose the ECU as being bad?

i took it to a dealer/shop.. the fuel pump would run constantly, they did all their tests.. saying that the ecu is all it could be. when i replaced the ecu the fuel pump function went back to normal.. but still wont start..

Are you throwing a code?
That's what i was gonna ask.
Do they have the S.A.I.S. immobilizing system that early? I dont know alot about the systems they had back then but if it does I would check that.
