I just installed a PC2 on my bike and uploaded a stage 1 OEM exhaust map into it.It feels fine except for the rpm range aound 3k rpm.It jerks a bit and is not smooth if i ride my bike slowly holding the rpm around 3k,feels like tha bike is stalling then moving then stalling again. Is the mixture at that range wrong?Anybody has that experience?

These bikes don't make much torque at 3,000rpm. You are lugging the motor. Very rarely would you ever be at that rpm. Basically only when leaving a stopped position, but then you would be accelerating through it & not experiencing the bucking you describe. I realize that there are some situations that you might be pulling those revs, but never really in the higher gears. Holding 3,000rpm in 1st, 2nd & maybe 3rd should be smooth, but anything else will buck as you describe.

The only few times i'm forced to do such low revs are when i'm in a carpark,i'm using 1st/2nd gears at these rpms & it always bucks. Is there no way to remove thise buckling effects even with a PC2?

Get a TRE, Timming Retardation Eliminator. In the lower gears, the timing is retarded, a TRE will fool the computer into thinking it is in 5th gear, wich is unrestricted. If you do a search, you'll find how to either make one or buy 1. The sell them on the site here pretty cheap. You might also check your throttle cable, making sure it is not slacked. Good luck http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
