I've just tightened my chain and everything is good to go- however, the lock nut on the left side is not very tight. When I tighten it, even with a wrench holding the adjustment nut, it tightens the chain. Quick question- are these supposed to tighten snug? I have the right side snug, but the left side (axle nut side) isn't all that tight. Does it even matter if it is or not as long as the axle nut is torqued to spec?

call the shop

hold the other bolt with another wrench and it will keep it from moving.
