Nah, he just lobed it down the road. Dont know how. He was due to head for the track on it that weekend. I have had bikes on the track after three days, best place for them if you ask me.

I'm moving to Singapore this weekend for 6 month, And i don't know if I can cope being away from my bike that long, so I just might get a bike over there, maily to do some trackdays on Sepang (I will also work in Melacca). Do you have any tips how to find suitable bike, some good links to shops and so on in Singapore and Malaysia and weather I should find a bike in Singapore or Malaysia?

hey there...So i guess you are now n singapore...? what bike are you thinking of buying... I think singapore have better choices for bikes coz malaysians usually rides as a second choice of transportation...and also its more worth it to buy a car than a bike there...Thats why u can see them riding these 100-125cc bikes that looks like a cross breed of a scooter and a small bike....Not sure if you've seen it before...

Hello! Yes, I'm here in the heat now. I've passed some bikestores too, but haven't had the time to enter. I suppose they sell used bikes too. If I'm to buy a bike, It will be something that I can use on Sepang, as I'm going to work in Malaysia. So, maybe a GSX-R600 or something.

how much are you willing to pay for a bike like that...GSXR600,750? One advice i can give you is dont get ripped buy the shops here...Not all, but most shops can and will try to do that at any opportunity they get...

Its very difficult to get a big cc bike in malaysia....Big sportbikes are rare stuff over in malaysia...and due to that, mechanics and service shops are less equip for the task.... I think its better if u buy one in singapore...
There's one more track in Johor Bahru, its at the very southern tip of malaysia, nearer from singapore than kuala lumpur....The track is called Pasir Gudang..

I was thinking that bikes are cheaper in Malaysia compared to SG. I actually found a shop here in Malacca with some decent bikes, like a Ducati 749 S and a R1 -03. But they were quite expensive and new. I'm looking for a used one in good condition. Do you know if there are any track days at the Johor track?
