British Superbikes is upon their final race weekend of 2006, at the Brands Hatch GP Circuit. They will run 2 races this weekend, each of which awards DOUBLE POINTS to the top 15 finishers. Former champion Shakey Byrne is the top Suzuki rider with 224 points and mathematically no chance at the title.
This could be the best Superbike Finale since Edwards won at Imola in the final race of the WSBK season over Troy Bayliss by just several bikelengths.
BABY-BATTER 09-29-2006, 12:15 PM Where the hell do you catch BSB races ???
BABY-BATTER 09-29-2006, 12:16 PM As far as best series. I also want to put MotoGP in contention. With Rossi coming back the way he is, the Championship is blown OPEN !!!!
Damn, that's close :cool And I second MotoGP, getting real exiting

Best season in years - the last ones where Rossi has been way ahead halfway through the season were nowhere near as good :cool
fugitiveorphan 09-29-2006, 04:24 PM GP is definitely getting better. And it'll get even more exciting if rossi and hayden are within 5 points of eachother going into Valencia. But, right now, point for point, the top 3 in Brit SBK are putting on a hell of a show.
I don't get to watch the races live, i find them online or have my air force homeboy record them and send them to me.
CharlesForester 09-30-2006, 01:32 PM In Formula 1 - Retiring 7-time Champion Michael Schumacher is two points behind Alonso in world championship points. With two races to go, this should be very interesting.

+1
Especially with a retiring legend in the mix for the championship.
Good call!
:cheers

After today's Chinese GP, they are tied (Schumi leads by virtue of more wins) with two rounds to go.
Cheers,
Don
CharlesForester 10-01-2006, 04:15 PM What a race that was. I'm sure Flavio would pay millions for an accurate forcast on days like that.
low.75r 10-02-2006, 09:30 PM i wish there was an all bike racing channel so that I could watch all of these races
fugitiveorphan 10-03-2006, 07:39 AM BTW, riyuchi kiyonari won the title on Sunday.
