Alright, so twice now I've ridden up Morrison Rd. Damn nice ride but I keep getting stuck in traffic (nothing heavy, but enough to keep me from having fun in the twisties). I've gone on a Sunday and Thursday. I figured it should be damn near empty during the week... but alas... Anyone know when there ARENT a bunch of cages on the road?

deer creek/turkey creek, pine doesnt relly have any on the way down but I always catch them on the way up. Pine does have cops though. Deer creek... normally the cops are at the bottom.

I feel you though morrison is a great road I was thinkin about going up there today or tomorrow

I know, its a great ride! I just get paranoid riding around lots of cars (I can handle the go-at-fastest-the-speed-limit as I'm out for the ride itself anyways...) esspecially in the twisties, coming around those corners a few times my heart stops looking at some of the ways the cars are turning as well...

Just trying to figure out if theres a good time to go when theres not to many people there... evening, morning, weekend, middle of the week, etc etc.

I think the best time to go would be during the week around 9am but you never know sometimes you just have to plan on going to another road if its crowded.

Just did a ride to Estes park a few weeks ago pretty good turnout. Got like 16 people together cruisers too. We met up at a Dennys stopped at the I25 34 exit, road to Estes and ate at the brewery, hit 7 to boulder and met up in boulder. It was a fun ride, bit chilly and some gravel. My boy went down on his R6, he's ok but the yammy isnt. He has a 04 1k thank god he didnt take the good bike out:p

Yeah that was a fun crazy weekend, was my first race. So many crashes that day, I believe it was well over 30 for the weekend.
