Just moved here was wondering do any of you have to winterize you bikes?

not sure since your new to the area and all....

but Texas is like the 2nd or 3rd largest state. It covers quite a bit, might wanna add a little more like WHERE in Texas.

In central Texas, hell no. There are only a handful of days you won't be able to ride. Plus my bike is in the garage.

Winter... :wtf is winter??? No such thing as winter in Texas!! Granted, it can still get cold, but you can almost ride the bike year around down here!!!

I am stationed at Fort Hood...sorry you might need that little bit of info. So it will be fine in the garage while I am deployed for a year? I have my wife to start it and ride it up the street and back will that be good enough?

you'll be fine, I would maybe have it preped ffor storage though if it is not going to be ridden for a year, that way you know it will be perfect when you get back
