Are you in Gear? If you are in gear, that's the safety feature... You have to be in neutral for that to work...

check the battery terminals, and the green iginition plug on the right side of the front cowl. This plug is notorious for coming loose.

Nah you should at least get lights even if your in gear though. You just wouldn't be unable to prime.

I dont survive on the road, cause I dont ride there. Obviously I dont know what im doing, especially when Im smoking the sh#t out of riders with 40 more horsepower than myself..Im sure that would include you, bloody push bike rider..:flipoff

ok, so what was the problem with the no power thing then? was it in gear?? and "bloody push bike rider"? where did u get that from? just because i ride a 750? look at ur sig, 600, 600, 650..... and 1 1000.... or was it some stupid attempt at getting back at me for my 'go buy a push bike thing'? cause i do know alot about bikes, i mite not be able to ride as well as u, but everthing thats done to my bike (apart from the machining work) i have done myself, and when my keihins get here i will have about 40hp more then the bike came out with stock.. on a bike with 80,000ks on it.. i havent rode a push bike for about 4 yrs, and that was up n down the street for a bit of fun trying to stunt it..so go n stick it :D :flipoff

you are a retard....how are you going to say an ignorant comment like that. look at the title and/or post he made. Even when you turn the key, your lights and everything should cycle through. It just wont crank the engine when your kickstand is down and in gear. He obviously has some electrical/wiring/switch problems that he is trying to figure out and isnt simply a stupid rider who doesnt know his bike/controls.
