Not sure of any for custom work, but for reg. maint. I'd say dealer.

if you dont mind one in Mass, I highly recommend Harry's Machine shop in Northbro Mass, its where I get my motor work done and is the same place Eric Parquettes 500hp turbo gsxr 1100 was built ( you've probably read about him from doing the Daytona Horsepower shootouts) http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
