This is my sales managers opinion on the bike, he's coming off of a 00 gix 750 and before that a 97 TLS.
He loves the bike but isn't as powerful as the 750 and has a little less power then the TLS, keep in mind that his TLS had some work done to it. (slip ons, k&n, and a power commander) The bike comes up easily on his in 1st and 2nd gear by just rolling on the throttle with his 200+ lbs ass on it. Said it is geared to do like 170 but the motor won't pull it to those numbers, cruising at 70 in 6th and the bike feels like its bogging. (change the gearing)
Handling was excellent, said it feels like a 600 in the twisties. The bike is very stable in the turns, said you can let off the throttle mid turn hit the brakes and it doesn't upset the bike very much. (Bike comes with Mich. Pilots)
I will give you guys my opinion after I ride the bike, hopefully this week if the weather is nice.
