A buddy at work told me he sprays his entire engine including hoses with wd40. He does this before he puts it away for the winter he said he takes off all the fairings, tank and sprays the engine. He said he has been doing this for 10 years on the same bike and he has not replaced a hose yet and he also said if you look at the engine and hoses they look great.
I would like to get some feedback on this and if anyone has tried it or recommends it? He has a Suzuki RF900.
