I need some advice, On how to pick the right helmet for me....

Make sure it is SNELL rated along with DOT rated.
Go try on a few at a dealer, does not mean you have to buy from them but actually put on a few.
I would reccomend staying with brands like Arai, Shoei, AGV, BELL
Expect to pay 300+ for a good one.

Along with what Fleshy said...get a quality helmet, go to a shop/dealer that has someone TRAINED in helmet fitment, as it should be very snug, but shouldn't cause any pain, or pressure....Different brands, and models will fit different shaped heads...Buy the best you can afford, and you usually get what you pay for, so don't skimp...L ?
