What kinda cost was involved with that? That looks amazing!
Company called Jet-Hot, they do all kinda parts. It's some patened coating, Cost me $172.00!! Once I fit the muffler and modify my mid pipe to where I want it, it's going off to get done too, I may do it Black though cuz their show-chrome coating (header color) may clash w/ the coloring of the pipe. There is a 5 year guarantee on the finish it's done inside as well as outside!! Also, the plus to this besides the look, is that it keeps the HEAT inside the header, which speeds the velocity of the gasses , maybe freeing more power and keeping the overall engine temp down, and less heat on the legs!

that's a nice addition..hope the coating doesn't disrupt the gas flow...where are the cannisters for the down pipes?...glenn

My cars headers were Jet hot coated, jethot is mostly used on car headers and crap like that but I've never seen it done on a bikes header. looks very nice!
Oh and just so you know next time you need to resize pics host them on imageshack.us and it has an option to resize the picture to the size you preffer.
