2007 GsxR with roughly around 18kmiles.

So when the bike is off and I go to move it (pushing it) I can hear a high pitch wine coming from the rear wheel? This happens with its in neutral or not, with/without the clutch being engaged.

To be honest this noise may have been there for a while now....though I've realized I've haven't moved the bike without the motor running.

The sprockets/chain have been replaced along with stator and rectifier. All OEM parts by a suzuki tech.

I'm thinking maybe a bearing?

I would check rear wheel bearing, as well as all torque specs.
