What Anthony said ^^^^ I've used Vortex on all three of my track bikes, my wife's track bike, and a couple of street bikes. Good quality, easy to find spare parts if you break something and not terribly expensive. One thing you may want to do on the Vortex pegs (if you buy Vortex brand) is to take a Dremel tool and grind/hone the very sharp edges on the top of the peg. Not so much that they are not going to give your boot some grip, but if you don't, they will eat through a good pair of boots in no time.
If you're looking to go down, from what I'm told, Vortex is the way to go. And I'm a tall rider so I'm considering it myself, but if you go for Vortex let us know how is goes.
