well i completed another week of crossfit exercises and it was intense. we had a burpee challenge on monday. the record is 100 burpee's in 10 minutes. i managed to pull 60 in 10 minutes which is 10 above my targeted goal. on wednesday, we were murdered! we ran 1 lap, 50 lunges (25 per leg) and repeated it 5 times. so that was 250 lunges over 5 laps! man, i was hurting so bad. today, it was a little easier. we did descending sets 20-15-10 consisting of butterfly situps, squat thrusts, and burpee's and only went 3 rounds with 1 lap for each round.
when i get back to my home base, i am going to the army base and do crossfit exercises 2 times a week. cant wait to do it!
on our burpee challenge day, we had almost 10 people get over 100. one guy did 120 in 10 minutes! that's nuts!
