To be fair I have not seen cush drive wheel failure in a long time but I also have not known anyone to run, missing cushions lol

No failures here, but the fucking OEM Marchesini cush rubbers are made out of Play-doh I think. They literally start to develop slop in them in under 1K street miles.

I was lucky as shit to get in on the beta test batch of tgold's rubbers he made for the WERA guys. Those things have been in there for like 2 years now and are still solid as a rock.

Piss on two piece chest guards.

They are only good at stopping puncture injuries. The real danger is from compression though and they won't stop that. A one piece hard chest plate spreads any load over all of your ribs at once evenly limiting compression and puncture injuries.

Far safer IMO.
