Where you at Wisconsin? I don't know if this has been done before, or not. If so, here's the new one. If not... It starts here. Here's my post.
It's cold as hell, and I'm feen'n for summer. I haven't even seen my baby since November. I'm going up to Green Bay this weekend to put my new Puig DB, and some swingarm spools on. I know it aint much, but it's a great reason to pay the beast a visit. When ever this shit weather goes away, and some rain has washed all the salt away. Give me a holler. I will be down to ride anytime.unk Peace. :cheers
Totally feel your pain, still waiting on some paint work to get finished just so I can put the bike back together, will post pics when it is done, nothing fancy just doing a little fixing (I did not wreck in the fall)
Definitly need the rain though to wash away the salt!!!

What happened that needs fixing? I need a little touch up as well. My piece of shit jacket has f'n buttons on the sleeve. So, I have a few scratches on the tank where my arms would rub on it. I also have some scuff marks on the seat cowl. Never gonna let anyone sit on my bike again. Especially big, dumb, Russians named Boris.:hammer
the tabs on the tail section where breaking off quite badly and I wanted to ad an undertail but wanted it all painted the same so I got a cheap tail off of ebay and getting it painted. Thats all
Went out for a bit on sunday.. need to get a new front tire put on before the season starts and get the oil/anti-freeze changed before i really head out for some riding.
Hell yeah we have our own thread. I figure this way any strangers in the area can join us for some rides.unk
I sure wish I was able to ride this past weekend. Instead I did some maintinance on a couple other bikes. Plus mine and my girls. Nothing big though. Just a couple oil changes, and some bling mods. I sure was jealouse when I saw some other bikes out there. Keep these posts coming. It would be nice to get to know some of you guy, and girls out there. I'm sure some of you know about bike nights on Tue, and Wed. We all meet up at Culvers on Tue., and Brookfield Square on Wed. Hope to meet up soon. Untill then, keep in touch.:cheers
Culvers on 124th and Capitol is tues. night around 7:00 pm. And wed. night is brookfeild sqaure around 7:45pm. both are pretty good turn outs. All should go. look for me and USMC we both ride k6 GSXRs, red is me and burgandy is USMC hit us up.
How long do you go out for? I work third shift so I have to be back in Waukesha by 10:30. I need some people to ride with tho. Everybody i know has Harleys. They all think their bikes are fast until i waste them in first gear. HA HA!

Like 2006GSXR600 said Tuesday @ 7pm until whenever. The one at Brookfield Square try and be there by 7:45, cause the ride kicks off at 8pm. You can always split whenever you wish. These nights there are usually pretty good turnouts. On really good nights we might have 50-80 bikes. Beware of the squids. The rides can become some what of a cluster fuck. We can also meet up some time and go for a ride out by me. I usually like to ride out by Holy hill, and Hogs back. There are some other roads further west that are decent, but take a while to find. I'm not sure when all the group rides will be starting up but I, or 2006GSXR600 will keep you posted.:cheers
No Shit! I live on HWY CC and 164. Like right down the road from from Holy Hill and Hogs Back. Where you at? We will definetly have to hook up for some rides. Half the reason I moved out here was for the roads.
nos4u, glad you found us. Now we need to get as many people on this thread as possible. I'll let you know when we ride, but now all this crappy weather is back.

Glad to see ya, NOS4U... I think this weather is gonna stay for a couple more weeks. Not this weekend, but next weekend I will be doing my oil/filter change, plus check over everything else to make sure nothing has fallen out of spec since its deep hibernation. NOS, have you been to the Holy Hill area before?
I am in Racine although I dont have a gixer any more. I got an F3 600 now. Since there seems to be a decent amount of people who ride bikes in WI we should set up some rides some times.
If anyone is close to racine i know a guy with a good wide heated place to work on your bike charges almost nothing.
I wish I was still down there you ride with you fools...Racine to Miltown I used to be all over those streets. Me and some buddies moved the bike nights to Brookfield Sq when Solid Golds kicked the bikes out.
Now I'm up N Appleton trying to ride...I had mine out last weekend and it felt good.
All of you better be down to ride the Crud Run on May 6th...I always post every year.
We also have to plan a day N the summer and do a Gixxer.com Wisconsin meet and ride.
Man I'm glad to see everyone is finding this thread. Both those rides i'm down for. We probably already went ridin, waynesnside, if you go on the brookfeild ride.:cheers Do you know when everyone starts going up there?unk
