Aucmart disaster

Hi guys just to give you heads up on this company. I order some Fairings on 5/9/17 after my motorcycle accident.

On the next week I email them directly asking them about the status of the order, and they didn't reply. So I then IM them on there FB page at the 2 day they wrote back that they are processing the order. That for next week they will send me a tracking #.

Next week came and they never send me no tracking # so I had to contact them again to verify the status. I see they did read my massage but they don't want o reply. This was a constant headache with them. Last communication I told them that I was tired to tried to reach at them for the status of the Fairings.

Two days later they send me a tracking #. The shipping was very fast after I received the tracking #.

The fairing are finally home. When I.open the box. I saw that the color was black and orange not black and red. OMG!!! This is insane!!!

I reach them via email and FB and they don't respond until 3 days later saying that they are sorry that this kit is orange and black not red and black. That the color on the picture look red but was orange that was there mistake. That I can get a free accessory so I can be happy with the fairing.

WTF! Happy with my Fairings? Now I have to spend more money to paint my tank to match the Fairings. That the free item will be to send me a paint tank cover to match the fairing.

I will not buy from this guys again. Will upload pics later. I really needed to vent.

Re: Aucmart disaster

Sorry for your troubles.

How did they fit? OK, or hassle just to make them work.

They didn't offer to take them back and send the right color?

Re: Aucmart disaster

Always research before you buy. To be honest though even if they were red that scheme wouldn't look right with the stock tank graphics.

Re: Aucmart disaster

Ignoring the color issue, that is not even the correct paint scheme. Even if it were red, it wouldn't have matched. Just look at the tail pieces and the front fairing, it's not even close to the OEM one.

Took me two minutes to navigate their horrible site and find the proper scheme.
Suzuki GSX-R 1000 2005-2006 Fairing P/N 2e5 - 2005-2006 - GSX-R1000 - Suzuki - Fairing Kits

If I were you, I'd work with them to get the proper one at a HIGHLY discounted rate, since it is partially your fault if you were going for the OEM paint job. But, if you actually wanted that in red, it was their fault for having wrong colors listed and they should refund you and/or help you with getting fairings that match (the pictures are very ambiguous, and some look orange while others look red).

Alternatively, if you don't want to buy anything from them, file for a credit card dispute and get your money back.

I was not trying to go with the red color and grey lines. The lines on the Aucmart picture look gray same as my tank but the lines on the fairing they send me are white not gray as the pic .

They offer me a tank cover for a "special price". Let see what is the "special price"

Re: Aucmart disaster

The pics on advert are definitely red/black ... can't imagine the tank covers going to look any good since the gsxr's aren't like the cbr's that you can change the outer tank shell/cover on !!!

I went on the site and looked, it definitely doesn't look like the stock lines. They're white and very wide.

I know Fastfedd it sucks!! now they told me that they will sell me matching tank cover for a special price of$80.00 that the regular price to clear there mistake. That the regular price is $140.00. I look at there web site and the regular price is 89.00 WTF they think that I am stupid?

About the fitment was good. Some small sanding here and there. It takes a lot of work snapping the fairing together.
