I've got my eye on a bike I'd like to pick up.
I usually gravitate towards the OEM / stock offerings but this one has an Ohlins shock, some other bolt-on go-fast bits & pieces and....... CARBON BST Blackstone TEK rims.
Less rotational inertia is GOOD
Less gyroscopic inertia is also GOOD
I don't need the physics lesson. I want to know what happens when you bring these expensive rims to a shop to change tires. Will some 18 year old kid destroy these rims if he's not super-skilled / careful?
Also, do they last? On bumpy Quebec roads?
