I've had 2 experiences with a Dodges ... the baby peterbuilt is a dodge, but its a cummins dually (I <3 that truck). The other was when we rented one (was brand new in 2010 IIRC) to go to New Orleans in ... nice truck, it was gas.

The Dodge's fit ME better ... as in driving. They're way easier for my short ass & much more comfie in the 'cockpit'.

I said cock

I would take a Ford over a Dodge. I haven't had very good experiences with either Dodge or Chevy.

Cassafrass

The only "drawback" on the baby Peterbuilt is that she's not very fast. She's geared low, so she tops out at about 70-75 ... but she'll pull a barn down

Have you looked into trading the Chevy in? I would have bought at least a 5.3 truck, but would have looked for a 6.0 or diesel. The 8.1 big block is great, but not on gas. I towed my Malibu home with my friends 2002 6.0 liter Silverado 1500 HD. 3,000+ lb car plus trailer. You could forget the trailer was back there.

That's my point they should have bought a Kwai 650 instead. I have a guy I from time to time service his bike he has a aprillia r edition or hat ever they sell it has all the fancy crap. Aftermarket rims Brembo calipers ohlins suspension ect... He has lowered his foot pegs raised his clip ons and put on touring tires, and never plans on tracking it. Why the hell would you buy that!

So many better choices that are way more comfortable and fun that is such a waste of bike for him and he knows it he just wanted something that looked cool and I know many more exactly like this.

Re: Boredz V49 - Canucks optional :P

We've only had it a little over a year ... we weren't looking to buy a new truck but the lil F150 was fixin' to die on us. We had one weekend to find something in our price range, which was limited. We didn't know there were two different V8 sizes with Chevy, else we wouldn't have knowingly bought the one we did.
