Dont I have that? I think I do
Out of curiosity do you view what you see as a lack of ambition in me as a bad thing
Undoubtedly Im a hard worker, since thats what I want to do in life
Im gonna pull the white flag on this one and chalk it up to just being from completely different areas, upbringing, culture and views. Because Ive said the same thing to people around here and it makes sense to a lot
Theres that foreigner feeling again lol
Have a happy thanksgiving everyone
Time for me to hit the road
yes and no. I mean I know of a dude who is homeless. He chooses to be, and actually has money. He just chooses to have ZERO responsibility. I actually admire that he has the balls to stick to his guns.
BUT, for MOST people, yes. I think it is a bad thing. I think MOST of the time it is just a lack of wanting to step outside a comfort zone, and for a LOT of people just sheer laziness.
It is hard for me to imagine EVER being content. EVER. Even if my goal was for me and my wife and my dog to go live in the woods in a cabin off the grid and we had unlimited funds where it was even EASY to do so, id still be driven to do more. Id be driven to hunt more, fish more, bigger, better, faster, stronger whatever... it is just who I am.
. NOTHING is ever "good enough". And it has zero to do with anyone elses perception. Many people use what other people think of them as a gauge for success.
I dont care if I were the last person on the planet, I would still want do make what I have better. Make my fort bigger, my weapons better, my supplies larger etc.
