Slip on Exhaust upgrade: M4 or Yoshi R77

Hi all,

Looking at upgrading the standard tin. I like the stealth look of the M4 plus it is cheaper. However most recommend the Yoshi but it is twice the cost.

A few questions:

Which is louder?
If I go down the M4 route, will I need to flash the ECU or install a PC?

What are your experiences with either or both?

I have a L1 750 - thanks in advance!

With just a slip on you will not need a power commander.
I had a M4 Slip on, and it sounded great. Until I cut the cat off and did the MJS mid pipe.
Got big gains cutting the cat off, But the M4 got allot louder and didn't much care for the sound afterwards. This is just my opinion, Others may like it.
I ended up getting a full R77D exhaust in the end. And that will be the exhaust that remains on my bike.
Its not all that loud until you really get on it.
I really love the sound and performance. It looks really good too, But liked the sleek M4 look better.

Search on youtube and you will find sound clips with both the cat on and off for all of the above mentioned exhausts. Give you a much better idea of what youre getting into instead of opinions from us.
