The are the setting I had set on my bike which work pretty well, much better than stock. I know you should have it set exactly to your weight etc but this should make a big improvement for some
whats your weight? this might help some people if they are similar to your weight. im 250 Lbs this doesnt apply to me hahaha not all belly either im 6'1"
I still advise everyone to take the time and set their suspension themselves.
Set the sag first, shooting for 35mm up front and 30mm out back for the street, and 30mm up front and 25mm out back for the track.
Then set the rebound. You want the bike to spring back up as fast as possible, without overshooting and bouncing.
Finally set compression in the middle of the adjustment range, and go ride. Then make adjustments one click at a time until the bike handles bumps well without being too harsh or too bouncy.
True but I think most are intimidated by suspension and just do nothing. Stock is so badly set up for me so hopefully this will be a big improvement for mid weight/size people.
