2002 600 full throttle problems

i have a 2002 gsxr 600 45,000mi.

it cuts out like its hitting rev limiter around or right at 10k
at first sometimes it would do it and sometimes it wouldnt..now its all the time.
ive replaced plugs, checked coils,checked for kinked fuel line, checked fuel pump and cleaned sock, new fuel, cleaned TBs,and they seem to be working properly...took off the techlusions box that was on it when i bought the bike along with the TRE..no kick stand switch and its not tip sensor.

ive noticed it doesnt matter what gear im in and it doesnt happen if im barely on the throttle, however if im over half throttle even it will cut out an buck a little bit.

no FI light or codes either...

im thinking TPS??

does anybody have any input?

its driving me nuts an dont want to send it to the shop just yet...$<

Have u check your fuel pump pressure output?

no i havent...should be around 40psi shouldnt it?
ill check that this weekend
i have also smelt fuel before....

now would not enough pressure cause the fact of it revving to 10k wot just fine and then cut out in when in N..but saaayy...3rd gear low mph/low rpm cruising then rip the throttle to wot itll start spitting an sputtering an buckin an what not almost as soon as wot....

sorry im trying to explain the best way i can.

fuel pressure test is not enough, test fuel pump discharge amount as well.

I had/have this same problem on my 02 750. I took my bike to the shop after I tried pretty much everything u have listed above. They did a compression check that came out fine. Next they did a fuel pressure check and it comes back low. I just replaced my pump over the summer so I thought that was weird so I reached out to the seller and he sends another. I install that, still same shit. A friend of mine totaled his 01 600 so I pulled his entire pump assembly and replaced it with one I just got. I installed it yesterday and it cranks right up, problem is I replaced my clutch plates yesterday as well now the line does have pressure so I'm unable to see if his old pump resolved the problem. If it is resolved I would guess that the pump was good but the metal filter at the top was clogged.
