Re: best rear brake disk?

^Yeah, less rotating mass and gyroscopic effect theoretically equal better acceleration and turn in.

Some cool points too, especially if you never use the rear brake.

I still have the original rear pads in the caliper. They're just over 6 years old and only worn halfway...

Re: best rear brake disk?

I put on some yana shiki rear just to match the fronts. I haven't touched them since I seated them, but they look good. hope that helps.

Galfer wave a couple bucks more, and sell your stocker. Yes ,people want your stocker, cause they destroyed theirs.

Thanks!

I followed the link just now. If you look in the responses, the seller's email is listed or just reply on the ad.

Re: best rear brake disk?

To those that said it is just for looks, it still works, and it actually works BETTER since it is harder to lock up on pavement, but still will lock plenty easy on dirt. It is easier to modulate and control if/when you do use it.

I use the rear brake a decent amount on track for chassis stability and dynamics... NOT for slowing down.

And if you wish to do so, you need to be a vendor or site supporter.
