Did the bike go down on the left or the right? You checked the fuse, did it have power at the fuses, or continuity across the fuses. The right side fairing has some connectors under it, that commonly cause headlight issues - your left side clip-on electrical goes through to the wiring under the right fairing too. Where are the pinched wires?

Re: 2002 gsxr 600 wire diagram?????

my rightside air duct was destroyed. the pinched wires are coming from the yello connector i think it is. the orange wire, and the gray wire. also the black connector on the right side has the all white wire totally ripped apart. I twisted it together to see if it would change and it didnt. I got my meter here I just dont know what wires to check because I dont have a diagram to see from. good idea about the continuity across the fuses. how exactly do i work that test?

Continuity across the fuse is simple. Put you multimeter on ohms, and touch the probes for the meter on either each side of the fuse 0 = ohms fuse good, inifity = open circuit, fuse is bad. Sometimes you can get lucky and touch both sides of the fuse from the top, without even taking it out of the fuse holder.

I am sure your problem is in those pinched wires. I don't have a good 02 600 diagram, but I have the manual for the 00-03 750. Repair the piched wires, it is probably broken completely inside under the wire casing, and you can't see it. If you want to check it with a meter, push a needle through the wire on either side of the pinch, and do a continuity test touching the needles with the +ve and -ve probes. Results work the same as the fuse test.

Hope this gets you going. Post back if you need a clearer discription.
