I've searched about it/them.
I brought my bike by the local reputable shop- they thought it sounded OK.
I've read that the '96, maybe later was superceded by the '99 CTT.
And I've read about the Manual CTT- except that in order to set the tension properly,
You'll have to pull the valve/cam cover off- and unless you're really skilled-
taking the motor out of the frame makes it alot easier, etc.
I've rebuilt whole motors- but not since my '76 Honda CB 750!
MY question for you guru's is... Yes, there was a question...
I got a good picture of my CTT.
Any guru's have any idea if it's original, newer, etc.?
And while we're at it, what's the thing above it with a wire coming out/off of it? the oil pressure sensor?
* Edit- that where the coolant enters/exits the block, and the wire is for the temp gauge, found it in the manual.
BTW- the bike still runs great
