Re: The $hit You See on Craigslist...

i have a huge amount of love for builds like this. especially with featherbed frames of any generation. it looks to be the later version that was welded steel rather than brazed reynolds tubing but still love it

hey cl, i have an 07 gsxr 600 (clean title) for sale. $7,500 obo. all together paid about $10,000 after custom job & work. bike is fast. will take any 1000 from start to finish. never went down. too many parts to list.new bright blue hid light, led flushed turn signals, new breaks, fairing screens. brand new power pilot tires (front & rear) brand new body, fairings, front end worked...etc. The bike was bought to make a show bike. runs great. has roughly 8k on it. never beat on. garage kept. bike is warmed up often. oil changed every 1500mi. bike sounds amazing. end of story. will consider trades. let me know what you got. pic mail works. i am selling bike due to the fact that i need something bigger. i will sell with two helmets and brand new icon jacket if price is right. you can contact me at((( 8four5-three1three-nine70seven))) text or call. names Bob. i prefer texts.WILL NOT RESPOND VIA EMAIL. no low ballers, i am in no rush to sell. bike will sell its self. no joy rides. bike needs nothing. please, no beginners, this bike is not for you. not a toy. loud, &FAST. enough said. hmu with cash or trade. will negotiate.

Never been down but needed new body, blinkers, windscreen, etc.....

And it will beat liter bikes easily, but he needs something bigger. Wonder what he thinks he's going to get that's faster than the liter bike slayer he has now?

...I'm more interested in the lift than anything else.

Nah, the paddock stand set I got myself are faster, lighter, and take up less space. It hurts me to see a vehicle in pieces; it's like a picture of an abandoned kitten.

Re: The $hit You See on Craigslist...

There are some things you just DON'T do, grafting an R1 body on to a once beautiful srad is blasphemy!

Grab your torches and pitchforks folks!
